Giving Back in 2025:

I’m thrilled to announce a new initiative starting in 2025: every real estate closing I complete will help support our local community. Whether you’re buying or selling, a portion of my earnings will be donated in your name to one of three incredible organizations right here in the New River Valley.

Why am I doing this? Two reasons:

1. To give back to the community we love and live in.
2. To let YOU decide how we make an impact.

When we close on your transaction, you’ll have the opportunity to choose which of these local nonprofits your donation will support:

• Vittles for Vets, helping local veterans in need.
• Wonder Universe: A Children's Museum, inspiring young minds through play and learning.
• Intellectual Disabilities Agency of the New River Valley, enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Why these three? Well, I wanted to have options where I knew everyone could relate in some way, and I wanted it to be personal to me. My grandfathers and my older brother all served in the armed forces. Honestly, I regret not joining myself. I have so much respect for all who have served. My sister-in-law (who I have known for most of my life) has special needs, and I see the value of having healthy and thriving programs for individuals as they transition from childhood to adulthood! And lastly, my wife and I have four [4] children. If there is a way to help cultivate a local program from families, we are all in!

This initiative is my way of saying thank you—to my clients and to the amazing community that makes this such a wonderful place to live and work. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
